Express Royal Mail (1-3 working days) - £5.99

An expected delivery time will be given at check out when you select a delivery method.

We make everything in batches through the studio kilns, so delays can happen. Please let us know if you need your order for a particular date and we will do our best to help.

Non personalised items are often shipped the same day.

We can send your gift direct to the recipient and add a handwritten message on the box. Just message us when you order and let us know.

Returns Policy

Personalised items are non returnable unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

You can return non personalised items for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please include a copy of your order and whether you would like a refund or exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item safely at their own expense.  

Please check your delivery address as this is your responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for items with an incorrect / unknown address.
