Dear Mary, Just wanted to let you know that the mug arrived - Many Thanks for re-sending it. It's my Grandad's 88th Birthday this week and he is still using a very chipped and battered looking 'Grandad Mug' that I gave him when I was a child (probably at least 20 years old!).  I know he will really like the new version and hopefully it will mean that he doesn't cut his lips from all the chips in the old one!
